However, if a particular pair of shoes is not in stock, we will gladly make them for you within a ten-working-day period.

Size guide

Our shoes are true to size. We use both European and South African sizing as it
is a generous fitting last. In other words not too narrow.

How to measure your feet:

  • Tape a blank piece of paper to the floor so it doesn’t move around.
  • Sit or stand with your FOOT on the paper and lean slightly forward so that your shin bone overlooks your ankle.
  • Trace (or ask someone to do it for you) your foot on the paper. Make sure you draw very closely to your foot so as not to include the pencil trace as part of the measurement.
  • Measure the length of your foot from the back of your heel “A” to the longest point in the area of your toes “B” (it might not be your big toe).
  • If you do this with both feet and one is slightly bigger, choose the larger measurement.

Please send us your measurements. This way we will know your exact shoe size.

Care & Maintenance

Wipe shoes down with a damp cloth to remove light dirt and dust from everyday use. To spot clean leather ballet flats, apply a damp cloth to the mark and very gently rub if needed. You can also use a mixture of mild detergent and water on more stubborn stains. Every few months you can use a leather conditioner to keep them supple.
